These are our terms and conditions…

We guarantee the flexible 2-ply liners included with each DIY Rain Bench kit and Rain Blox against manufacturer defect (leaking due to material or seam failure) for 2 (two) full years from purchase date.  Any failed liner must be returned in order to receive a replacement.  These liners are not designed to hold pressure, only to hold water within the shape of the structural components.  It is therefore important that all products be installed and used according to our instructions included.  Any evidence of misuse or excessive pressure due to improper installation will void this warranty.  We cannot warranty lumber or any other material that we did not provide.

If you receive any product from us that you find is not in satisfactory condition, that something is missing, or if the product fails for a reason caused by manufacturing, we agree to repair or replace the parts in question at our expense, shipping included (in the form of credit based on standard UPS ground rates).  Just let us know.  We want you to be happy with your purchase and to enjoy these products for many years to come.

Shipping:  Standard shipping rate applies to UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States.  Expedited and worldwide services are available for an additional fee.  Time estimates are only guidelines and are not guaranteed.  Call for a quote on freight delivery pricing for larger quantities.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
